To see a wild rose bush trailing its glorious blooms in a haphazard sprawl instantly lifts my spirits. When I picture a rose, I must admit that I automatically imagine a red or a pink bloom. So when I happen upon a rose in a different hue it seems all the more delightful. Those soft velvet petals are magnificent in any shade, but I am rather partial to these tones of honey, peach and apricot.
